After https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/commit/6fa208b4aedf069ddec0de7bd8d8e5cf7b62e97b `USE_INT64_TENSOR_SIZE` controls lp64/ilp64 MKL and I think we are already defaulting `MKL_USE_STATIC_LIBS` to true ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
