I have checked your build on my setup and there was no significant difference in performance compared to my mxnet 2.0 build (and 1.6 as well). From what I've seen slowdowns like this can happen whenever there are 2 versions of OpenMP used at the same time. Could you try to compile MXNet using the Visual Studio OpenMP (vcomp) only and check whether the slowdown is present? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
