Rob Moran commented on NIFI-2136: --------------------------------- After looking over this a bit more I am not confident the described 2-column layout will work as it now stands. For now I think updating styling to the standard label/value block is the way to go. What would be nice is to treat an attribute that previously had an actual value different different than one that had _no_ value. The attached image demonstrates this concept and shows the effect on the list when the checkbox is checked. > Provenance Event dialog – Attributes tab > ---------------------------------------- > > Key: NIFI-2136 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-2136 > Project: Apache NiFi > Issue Type: Sub-task > Components: Core UI > Reporter: Rob Moran > Assignee: Scott Aslan > > Unless we are able to do NIFI-2081, the tabs need to also scroll with the > content to be consistent with the others :( > For the values list can we use a 2-column layout? > * Leave left column mainly as is, but remove 'previous' and 'no value set' > label > * Add a right column with the heading 'Previous Values' > * For those that have been modified, repeat same stacked label/value (or 'no > value set') pairing > * For those not modified, show nothing (this is the current behavior I think) > * Corresponding current/previous values displayed in each column need to > remain horizontally aligned with one another so users can quickly compare > them side by side > For .unset class, ADD > {code}font-size:13px;{code} > For the 'only show modified' checkbox: > * Place the checkbox first, before the text > * Change the text to 'Show modified attributes only' > For #modified-attribute-toggle-label, ADD > {code}font-size:13px;{code} -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
