Great catch! I think this was taken out because it is using the Root Group's
name and comments. These details would be visible to any user with READ
permissions on a RemoteProcessGroup directed at this NiFi. I think I may have
been considering alternative options for what we can populate here so that we
aren't sending potentially sensitive details to another NiFi instance. If we
think this is fine, we can add those lines back in. Otherwise, we'd probably
need more fields for setting the name/comments that are used in this case.
