I took a look and here are some comments:
-In first sentence change "Express Language" to "Expression Language".
-I'm not sure if "To create custom properties for use with Expression Language,
identify one or more sets of key/value pairs, and either add them manually to
your processor interface, or give them to your system administrator." is
accurate. Specifically the "add them manually to your processor interface"
part. Custom properties can be used within the processor for properties that
support EL, but are not created there.
