As shown in the attached screenshot, when the rule name is very long it extends 
the whole width of the bar, so the "x" to delete the rule is no longer

Note: There is also a scroll bar that appears in this part of the UI, which I 
thought would possibly reveal the "x", but the scroll bar has no functionality. 
 The width of the rule name bar doesn't extend the width of the space.
