[https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/4903/commits] 
But applying these patchs to branch 1.13.2, it compile, but doesn't correct the 
issue.
I checked NAR and embedded JAR md5sum, and I'm affirmative on the effective 
update of component, and bugged behavior.
