Review comment:
       The v2cv3 might be confusing. Actually, there are two types of TRAP 
PDUs: V1-TRAP-PDU and V2-TRAP-PDU. The former is used by SNMPv1, the latter by 
v2c and v3. I renamed it to v2 but I wouldn't duplicate it for now. Backward 
Incompatible changes in this protocol are not likely to happen, but if it does, 
we can separate it later. I don't see why it'd cause more headache.
