Given how large and diverse our code base is, I think a lot of the early work 
would have to be done by hand. [~jschneider] I actually got started on making 
some of those changes by hand. I would suggest we split the work so that we 
have everything running on the Jupiter Engine w/ backward compatibility for 4.X 
and then start a module-by-module conversion.
