As doc says, when `Use Avro Logical Types` is true, `DATE as logical 
'date-millis': written as int denoting days since Unix epoch (1970-01-01),`. 
But when record writer is JsonRecordSerWriter, DATE is written as denoting 
mills since Unix epoch.
