David Handermann commented on NIFI-10219: ----------------------------------------- [~jfrazee] I submitted a pull request that removes the {{jna-platform}} dependency from {{nifi-bootstrap-utils}}. This approach removes {{jna-platform}} from {{lib/bootstrap}} and allows the dependency to be placed in {{lib/properties}} as expected. As mentioned in the PR description, this seems like a better long-term approach, as opposed to modifying the {{nifi-assembly}} configuration. If you could take a look at the PR and provide your feedback, that would be helpful. > jna-platform missing from ./lib/properties > ------------------------------------------ > > Key: NIFI-10219 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-10219 > Project: Apache NiFi > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Core Framework > Affects Versions: 1.16.1, 1.16.2, 1.16.3 > Reporter: Joey Frazee > Assignee: David Handermann > Priority: Major > Time Spent: 10m > Remaining Estimate: 0h > > NIFI-9883 introduced classloader isolation for sensitive property providers > and updated the assembly config to output dependencies in ./lib/properties. > jna-platform, required by azure-identity, isn't getting pulled through so > when using an Azure sensitive properties provider startup fails with a > NoClassDefFoundError. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
