When the "Number of Relationship" property is changed on DistributeLoad and an
appropriate number of dynamic properties are added/removed to match Number of
Relationships, the processor goes to an invalid state.
For example, processor has 2 relationships initially and is in a valid state.
Change Number of Relationships to 3 and add a dynamic property '3' with value
'5'. Errors include:
'Property Name' validated against '3' is invalid because Property Name must be
a positive integer between 1 and the number of relationships (inclusive)
