Review Comment: `testPagination` is only implemented by `PaginatedJsonQueryElasticsearchTest` and `SearchElasticsearchTest` and it is called by `AbstractPaginatedJsonQueryElasticsearchTest` three times. The common parts I see between these two implementations is they both exercise `ResultOutputStrategy` but `PaginatedJsonQueryElasticsearchTest` exercises all three while `SearchElasticsearchTest` only exercises two. Can you please elaborate on what you want? I do not fully understand the code and exactly how each of these test classes are exercising their features.
