PutBigQueryBatch is going to be deprecated, so we are testing PutBigQuery. At
some point, a flowfile got stuck while inserting data. After many hours, we
finally canceled it and realized that there's no way to specify a Load Job
Timeout, as is possible with PutBigQueryBatch.
