Description: The try/catch blocks around some of the S3 API calls fail to
catch an IllegalArgumentException. The result is that they fail to correctly
route to failure. (was: The try/catch that calls getObject on the Amazon S3
client doesn't catch the IllegalArgument exception that is thrown when an empty
bucket or key is passed in.)
