The nifi-elasticsearch-bundle POM defines nifi-elasticsearch-processors version
2.0.0-SNAPSHOT in its dependencyManagement section. We can remove this,
because the nifi-elasticsearch-processors artifact no longer exists.
It looks like a left over from the NIFI-11168 cleanup of deprecated
ElasticSearch processors
