The FetchFile Processor includes a property named {{Log level when permission
denied}} with a description that calls {{{}System.getProperty("user.name"){}}}.
This results in including the build user in the Runtime Manifest, unnecessarily
associating the property description with the build user. This System property
reference should be removed.
