Resolution: Duplicate
Closing as duplicate of NIFI-10752. The PMC has made it clear that for such a
contribution to be considered it needs to be of high quality and not simply a
cut-and-paste of the Couchbase 2 components plus whatever API changes are
needed for the Couchbase 3 SDK. We can continue the discussion in NIFI-10752.
