When editing a parameter context, if you change the order of inherited
parameter contexts and save it, when you come back to the dialog the order is
not displayed in the same order as you saved it. However, it appears to only be
a UI issue as the parameters are applied in the expected inheritance chain.
Also of note, the API call to the backend returns the inherited parameters in
the correct order and the UI isn't respecting that order when displaying.
