As described in NIP-1, this Jira proposes to add a VerifiableRegistryClient
interface to nifi-api very similar to the other Verifiable interfaces for
components such as Processors, Controller Services, and Reporting Tasks. Once
incorporated, implementations and/or default method(s) can proceed.
