[~exceptionfactory] Could we split this into two tickets and deal with
GeohashRecord, ParseNetflowv5 and CreateHadoopSequenceFile separately as they
have different reasons while CompressContent, ConvertAvroToParquet and
GetAzureEventHub are straightforward since they have replacements?
