NiFi 2.4.0 deprecated framework OCSP certificate validation, indicating plans
for subsequent removal in future minor versions. For the reasons stated in the
deprecation issue, OCSP certificate validation should be removed from the NiFi
framework.
Web security authentication should continue to support X.509 Client Certificate
authentication, relying on standard certificate validation capabilities
implemented as part of the TLS handshake process.
