URL: https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/10465

   # Summary

   [NIFI-15140](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15140) Removes the
unused application property `nifi.cluster.protocol.is.secure`.

Refactored Key Store and Trust Store loading in NiFi reduced duplicative
`SSLContext` loading and also simplified the application configuration to
depend on the presence of `nifi.security.keystore` and
`nifi.security.truststore` properties to determine TLS encryption status for
cluster communication.

Changes include removing remaining references to the
`nifi.cluster.protocol.is.secure` property from configuration files and
documentation. Current property references do not influence cluster
communication security, so removing the property does not change application
behavior.
