URL: https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/10608

   # Summary

   [NIFI-15301](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15301) Replaces the
`RestrictedSSLContextService` interface with `SSLContextProvider` for the `SSL
Context Service` property in the `HandleHttpRequest` Processor.

`HandleHttpRequest` already uses the `SSLContextProvider` interface when
resolving the property value, so this change aligns the property descriptor
with actual behavior.

The `RestrictedSSLContextService` provided some historical filters around
supported versions of the TLS protocol, but current Java versions no longer
support those historical protocols.
