Description:
NIFI-14555 added support for "Parameter Context Values" property in git
registry clients.
However, the property is at the registry client scope. The problem is that we
have to change it often before relevant commits.
Pierre suggested exposing the option to override the behavior at each commit.
I think a dropdown at the commit window is the best implementation.
