NiFi 2.7.0 introduced a property name migration for the {{Key Password}}
property in the {{StandardSSLContextService}} and
{{StandardRestrictedSSLContextService}} Controller Services. This property name
migration works as expected for instances of the Controller Services located in
Process Groups, but fails for {{Management Controller Services}}.
The problem appears to be related to mapping the existing encrypted property
value to the renamed property.
