Drivers that register themselves such as Postgresql need to be deregistered on
remove. These Drivers will be loaded by the InstanceClassLoader that loads the
DBCPConnectionPool so we should only deregister the ones that are loaded by the
same classloader. This will allow these instances as well as the classes that
were used to load them to be garbage collected
