When attempting to delete a NAR bundle that contains Python processors, if any
processor from that NAR is currently being initialized (for example during
virtual environment creation or dependency installation), the NAR deletion
operation blocks indefinitely or times out after a very long time.
This creates a poor user experience where:
* Users cannot promptly remove or update Python extension NARs
* The system appears frozen during what should be a quick administrative
operation
* Force-delete operations do not complete in a reasonable timeframe
