Use fix version of azure-cli docker image which is compatible with the latest azurite docker image The latest Azure API version 2026-02-06 is not yet supported by the latest Azurite image version: github.com/Azure/Azurite/issues/2623 We should use fixed version of both docker images to avoid API compatibility issues.
