S2S docker tests seem to be faulty and do not test the actual HTTP protocol for
receiving data through site to site protocol, instead it only uses raw TCP
instead. When fixing the test it fails. It seems handling receiving flow files
through site to site protocol using HTTP is not implemented correctly.
