The Snowflake JDBC Driver should be upgraded to version 4 to incorporate the
latest features, fixes, and transitive dependency upgrades.
[Migrating to version
4|https://docs.snowflake.com/en/developer-guide/jdbc/jdbc-migration] requires a
small number of code changes based on renamed packages.
