_This fixes one part of NIFI-4737 (the logging part mentioned at the end). As
it does not help with the root cause I decided to open a new issue instead.

Scanning the Content Repository and the Provenance re-index can take some time.
It's gotten much better with the new defaults in NiFi 2.x but it can still take
a long time. In the meantime there is no indication in the logs about the
progress.
I'll put up a PR which will improve (in my opinion) the logging by logging
intermediate progress.
