NIFI-15976 Bump frontend dependencies via npm audit fix (#11284)
Run npm audit fix on nifi-frontend to address advisories in qs and
express. Upgrades qs 6.15.0 -> 6.15.2 and express 4.22.1 -> 4.22.2
(across nested webpack-dev-server / @nx / @rspack copies). Resolver
also picks up in-range updates for js-cookie 3.0.5 -> 3.0.7,
brace-expansion 5.0.5 -> 5.0.6, @mermaid-js/parser 1.0.1 -> 1.1.1, and
@module-federation/* 2.7.36/2.2.2 -> 2.7.43/2.5.0, and dedupes nested
qs/uuid/chalk copies. No package.json changes.
This closes #11284
