Description:
When viewing the Summary page on the Connections tab, if a connection is
configured with 0 back pressure object threshold and/or 0 back pressure size
threshold, then the UI shows "undefined % | undefined %" in the "Threshold % :
Queued %" column

In the screenshot above, the top connection has 0 in back pressure object
threshold and size threshold. The bottom connection has 10,000 object
threshold and 1 GB size threshold.
