Multiple REST API Resource methods support creating and deleting Assets
associated Parameter Contexts. The standard implementation constructs a unique
identifier using both the Parameter Context ID and the Asset ID, using the
Parameter Context ID for verification of ownership. The same verification
strategy should be implemented for all Asset methods to ensure expected
behavior regardless of Asset operation.
