@adwk67 Thanks for the discussion on this issue. The referenced flow uses identifiers that do not align with standard UUID formatting, which appears to indicate manual creation outside of Apache NiFi itself. This non-standard format is not supported, and as @markap14 said, it is not possible for the framework to create Controller Services with duplicate identifiers. With that background, I'm closing this pull request for now, but the discussion can continue on the Jira issue.
