When a versioned-flow update removes an existing relationship from a connection
and configures it as auto-terminated, NiFi updates the connection but does not
apply the processor’s new auto-termination setting. The relationship change is
incorrectly classified as a benign default for a newly introduced relationship,
causing the processor update to be skipped and the resulting mismatch to appear
as a local modification. Update the relationship classification to treat a
currently connected relationship as an intentional routing change that requires
processor synchronization. Preserve the existing behavior for genuinely new,
default-auto-terminated relationships that have no current or target
connection, and add regression coverage for both cases.
