Connector Migration includes several REST API methods that interact with
existing Process Groups to list items available for migration, and handle
migration requests. Following the pattern of existing Process Group
authorization provides consistent behavior regardless of the configured
authorization strategy.
Although some of these changes may no longer apply after implementation of
Controller-level authorization changes proposed in NIP-39, current methods
should provide consistent and reusable authorization behavior.
