[~cr4g5] and [~divija21] I'm not sure that adding a create directory strategy
should be added. Creating a directory may often require additional privileges
that the NiFi process may not have, leading to failures. This type of failure
is more challenging, because it indicates that the fetch operation worked, but
the move did not. This needs some design consideration before moving to
implementation.
