This change updates both `flowfile-table` and `flowfile-dialog` components to pass `penaltyExpiresIn` to `formatDuration()`, restoring consistency with legacy NiFi behavior. Additionally, the Penalized column width in `flowfile-table.component.scss` was increased to prevent text truncation (`HH:mm:ss.SSS`). ### Tracking Issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16089 ### Verification - Verified on local instance (`http://localhost:4200`) that penalized FlowFiles display remaining duration formatted as `HH:mm:ss.SSS` in the queue listing table. - Verified that opening the FlowFile details dialog displays the remaining formatted duration under "Penalized". - Non-penalized FlowFiles continue to display "No". -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
