Description: I noticed there are many files in my /tmp directory whose
prefix is junit and whose file extensions are .tmp, .script, .properties,
.lobs and .log. It seems some process is creating these but are not being
cleaned up. (was: I noticed there are many files in my /tmp directory whose
prefix is junit and whose file extensions are .tmp, .script, .properties,
.lobs and .log. Apparently these are normal for Surefire to create but can fail
to be cleaned up if a build fails or is stopped abruptly. The easiest fix for
this is to have these files be created in the target directory so they can be
cleaned up with a mvn clean.
The aim of this ticket is to configure the Surefire Maven plugin to redirect
the creation of these files to the target directory. )
