As far as providing a way for the Processor mutate FlowFile attributes, this is a more complex question, and I don't think using an external temporary file is the right path forward. This is one of the limitations of external scripts, but it highlights why something more is needed. I would be open to continuing the discussion further on Jira to work through possible approaches, but I don't think this is ready to continue on the pull request itself. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
