JDK 24 tightened the default JAXP entity-size limits, which can prevent
EvaluateXPath from processing previously accepted XML.
The goal is to add optional *Maximum General Entity Size* and *Maximum Total
Entity Size* processor properties. Apply configured values to the processor’s
document parser without modifying JVM system properties. Unset properties
retain the effective JVM configuration.
