Description:
Running Intellij
Analyze -> Run Inspection by Name -> Number of placeholders does not match
number of arguments in logging call
indicates there are 15 places where there the logging statements have more
placeholders than arguments.
The purpose of this ticket is to correct those logging statements and to align
the number of placeholders and arguments.

Analyze -> Run Inspection by Name -> Misordered 'assertEqual' arguments
indicates there are over 100 places in the code where the arguments for
assertEqual are not in the correct order.
The purpose of this ticket is to correct the arguments order.
