In Apache NIFI 1.x, the advance rules displays a message such as "Displaying 10
of 10" if there are 10 rules. This message or any indication of how many rules
exist is missing in NIFI 2.x.
The purpose of this ticket is to reintroduce this rule count back into the UI.
