[Claude Opus 5.5] **system-tests / ubuntu-24.04 Java 21** ([job](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/39488684663/job/118856252804)) failed in `StatelessBasicsIT.testChangeFlowVersion`. This is a pre-existing flaky test: it failed the same way today on [`main`](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/39416129285) and on the unrelated NIFI-16454 branch ([run](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/39449522197)). The test changes a stateless Process Group's flow version back to v1 while the group is running, and the next FlowFile is still processed by the v2/v3 flow.
