URL: https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/11827

   ## Summary

   [NIFI-16221](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16221)

The global theme rule `.cdk-drag:hover { cursor: grab; }` is more specific
than the `cursor: se-resize` declared on the
resize handle of the `Resizable` component, because the handle is itself a
`cdkDrag` element. Hovering the handle of
the property editor therefore shows the `grab` cursor instead of
`se-resize`, which makes the handle hard to find.

This marks the handle cursor as `!important`, as is already done for the
handle `background`. The change applies to
all editors that use the `Resizable` component.

The intermittent drag that does not release described in the issue could not
be reproduced reliably and is not
   addressed here.
