Reload the connector entity on every canvas flow load, including polling and Refresh, so that reason stays current. # Summary [NIFI-16496](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16496) The connector canvas hid Drain whenever it was not allowed, so the reason was not visible. The operate panel now keeps Drain visible when the user can operate the connector, disables it when `DRAIN_FLOWFILES` is not allowed, and shows `reasonNotAllowed` on hover. Cancel Drain replaces Drain while a drain can be cancelled. Both stay hidden when the user cannot operate the connector. Polling and the canvas Refresh action reload the connector entity together with the flow, so the disabled reason stays current. `loadConnectorEntitySuccess` keeps the current entity when the same connector returns an older revision. An equal or newer revision still applies. A load does not clear an in-progress action. The context menu and the connector listing still hide Drain when it is not allowed.
