[~joewitt] Hi Joe one thought concerning about the totalSizeCap setting. I
would recommend that this is an optional setting in case someone is actually ok
with accumulating large log files (for some later analysis). Perhaps commenting
out that setting and adding to documentation so that users will know it's
available.
