Summary: Explorer Grid-list should better convey when there are no
items

Currently, the explorer page (under grid-list) says "No results match this
query." when there are no items within the current view. As a new user, I was
confused why, after I had just created a bucket, there was nothing populated
here. A message better tailored to what is not being shown would be preferred.
For example, at the base level, the message could be: "You have X buckets but
there are no items currently loaded into those buckets". For a specific bucket
"You currently have no items loaded into the XYZ bucket".
